On the website azgur.by (hereinafter referred to as “azgur.by”), located at the domain name azgur.by (including its subdomains), this Privacy Policy applies to all information that azgur.by may obtain about the User during the use of azgur.by (including its subdomains), its programs, and products.

1.4. “Blocking of Personal Data” – temporary cessation of personal data processing (except cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).

 

1.5. “Confidentiality of Personal Data” – a requirement for mandatory compliance by the azgur.by site Administration or other persons who have access to personal data, prohibiting their distribution without the consent of the personal data subject or the presence of another legal basis.

 

1.6. “Azgur.by Website” – a set of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at a unique address (URL): azgur.by, as well as its subdomains.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

 

6.1. The User undertakes to:

6.2. The Administration of the website undertakes to:

 

6.2.1. Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from relations between the User of the azgur.by website and the Administration, a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute) must be submitted. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as the legal entity is registered within the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

 

9.2. The recipient of the claim must notify the claimant of the results of the claim consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.

 

9.3. If an agreement cannot be reached to resolve the dispute, the dispute shall be referred to court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

 

9.4. The current legislation of the Republic of Belarus applies to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Administration.

 

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS

 

10.1. The Administration of the website has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

 

10.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the azgur.by website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
