1.5. “Confidentiality of Personal Data” – a requirement for mandatory compliance by the site Administration or other persons who have access to personal data, prohibiting their distribution without the consent of the personal data subject or the presence of another legal basis.

All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as the legal entity is registered within the territory of the Republic of Belarus.


9.2. The recipient of the claim must notify the claimant of the results of the claim consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.


9.3. If an agreement cannot be reached to resolve the dispute, the dispute shall be referred to court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
